Halibut - Current concern is the one per day bag limit in Southeast Alaska. This decision is being considered by NMFS. SEAGO recently sent a strong letter to NMFS arguing against the rule. Comment period is closed but SEAGO is monitoring closely. SEAGO is focused on getting a fair long-term solution. Stay tuned for action steps.
