North Council Public Review Document on Moratorium Angler
Endorsement Calculation Change

The public-review document detailing changes to the Moratorium ‘angler endorsement’ calculation was posted by NMFS this afternoon. You can view it here:

Three options are discussed that would create a substantive change to the program. The North Council intends to pass final judgment on this issue at their April 6-14 meeting. Your comments must be received by them by March 30 – Details here: http://www.fakr.noaa.gov/npfmc/Agendas/410agenda.pdf
